With only 325 g (in size 42.5 Eu) on the scales, we designed the Jet Mach III to fly on the court. Thanks to the use of a unique material, the MATRYX EVO with its PAHT and Aramid yarns positioned in specific areas, we have managed to make the shoe ultra light and abrasion resistant without compromising on stability and support.
COMFORT AND CUSHIONING
The KPRSX system evolves to provide optimal cushioning in all phases of play. The entire heel area is now protected by EVA foam with a lower hardness to absorb shocks regardless of the support. In addition, its rocker in the heel promotes the roll of the foot and therefore the transition phase between braking and relaunch. The result: unparalleled cushioning.
SOLE DURABILITY
The sole has been redesigned to respond more precisely to the demands of the game: the surface and thickness of the tread pattern have been increased in the areas with the most abrasion and lightened in the areas with the least stress. The Jet Mach 3 sole retains Michelin Premium technology and thus offers increased durability to reduce wear and abrasion related to tennis-specific movements.
Matryx EVO
Matryx is an exclusive and patented fabric, developed in close collaboration between Babolat and Chamatex, an expert in technical fabrics. The EVO version is woven using the jacquard process that allows the “Stability arch” system, the high tenacity Aramid and Polyamide fibers to be preserved. On the other hand, the diameter of the threads has been adapted and the monofilaments eliminated for increased flexibility/flexibility and comfort. Matryx® EVO technology has been designed to offer the best compromise between comfort, support and durability.
Rubber forefoot protection
A highly durable molded rubber protective piece that covers the inner front of the foot all the way to the toes for unmatched upper durability.
Molded Ortholite
An OrthoLite® insole is molded to conform to the shape of the foot. Thanks to the properties of the foam formulation, it provides exceptional comfort, breathability and durability.
KPRS-X 2
